1. This exchange is conducted on a 100% prepayment basis. Payment is deemed received only after the cryptocurrency has been fully credited to the exchange/wallet balance.
2. Upon receipt of payment, a courier will contact you to arrange a time and location for the meeting. Couriers do not conduct meetings inside apartments, offices, or vehicles. Meetings may take place in a café, a shopping center, or outdoors. You may verify the cash amount in the courier’s presence.
3. Cash delivery is available only within the city limits, specifically within a 5 km radius of the terminal stations on each metro line. Delivery to more remote locations may be arranged for an additional fee.
4. If, between the time the exchange request is created and the time the payment is credited, the net market rate of the coin on the exchange fluctuates by 0.3% or more, a recalculation will be performed based on the rate prevailing at the exact moment the coin is credited (i.e., sold for USDT).
5. Currency exchange transactions must be conducted in full compliance with the law; consequently, we reserve the right to temporarily freeze any funds obtained through fraudulent or illicit means, in violation of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML/KYC) policies.
