For exchanges at the office:

Only the person who submitted the exchange request may visit the office.
8.
The exchange rate is fixed at the office immediately before the transaction is carried out.
For exchanges with a courier:

Full prepayment (100%) is required for this type of exchange.
2.
The representative (courier) does not meet clients in apartments, offices, or cars. Meetings can take place at a café, in a shopping mall, or on the street.
3.
Cash counting must be arranged with the operator in advance.
4.
If the cryptocurrency price on Bybit changes by 0.1% or more between the time the exchange request is submitted and the time the payment is credited, the exchange amount will be recalculated using the rate in effect when the cryptocurrency is credited.
5.
A delivery fee applies. Please check the cost with a manager.
6.
If you require banknotes of a single denomination, please check their availability with the operator in advance, as cash may be provided in mixed denominations.
7.
Claims regarding the transaction are accepted only at the time the funds are received. Please be sure to count the cash when the representative hands it over. Once the meeting has ended, claims regarding the quantity or total amount of cash received will not be considered.
For exchanges at a pickup point:
1.
The pickup point is determined by the representative. Before collecting the funds, you must contact the representative to confirm their route and agree on a convenient meeting point.
2.
You must arrive within the specified time window. Once the pickup point has been agreed upon, you will be given a specific time window during which you must arrive at the location. If you cannot arrive at the scheduled time, the pickup point may change. In that case, you will need to travel to a new location agreed upon with the representative.
3.
Please check with the manager in advance how much cash you can collect at the selected pickup point. Each pickup point has its own limit on the amount available, so you must confirm before the meeting that the required amount can be provided.
