1. The exchange rate is fixed at the moment the request is created. If the exchange rate changes by more than 0.3% on the HTX.com exchange, the rate will be recalculated to the current one.
2. The exchange operation is carried out by the operator in a semi-automatic mode.
3. If necessary, be ready to provide a comment or the purpose of the payment. Payment will be processed only after a detailed receipt (invoice) of the transfer is provided.
4. It is strictly prohibited to make money transfers from legal entities, such as LLCs or individual entrepreneurs, or to conduct transactions through ATMs and terminals. Otherwise, there is a risk of losing funds without the possibility of recovery.
5. You have up to 10 minutes to make the payment to the bank details. After 10 minutes, the details will automatically become invalid. A transfer to them may result in the loss of your funds. If you need more time, be sure to notify the operator.
The minimum execution time is 5 minutes.
The average execution time is 30 minutes.
The maximum execution time is 24 hours.
