This type of transaction falls under the category of complex exchange and requires the selection of an appropriate company or organization for its implementation.
1. The counterparty is selected individually at the time of the Client’s request.
2. The final possibility of the exchange is confirmed only after all terms have been agreed upon with the organization involved.
3. The preliminary exchange rate may be indicated to the Client as an estimate.
4. The final exchange rate is fixed only after:
4.1 the funds have been fully credited to the account of the organization involved;
4.2 five (5) hours have passed since the actual receipt of funds.
5. If the market rate changes during the specified period, the settlement is made at the rate in effect at the time of fixing (five hours after the funds are credited).
6. Until the rate is fixed, it is considered preliminary and is subject to change.
7. The transaction time depends on the speed of interbank transfers.
8. The Provider is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment systems.
9. Confirmation and closure of service obligations are considered fully rendered from the moment of:
9.1 completion of the exchange transaction;
9.2 transfer of funds to the Client.
10. All claims regarding the quality or terms of the exchange will be accepted only within 5 (five) hours from the completion of the transaction.
11. After the specified period, no claims regarding the exchange will be accepted.
12. Liability of the Parties
The Provider is not responsible for:
12.1 possible legal or financial consequences after the completion of the exchange;
12.2 restrictions imposed by third parties.
13. The Client confirms that they understand the specifics of a complex exchange and accepts the terms of a possible exchange rate change until it is fixed.
14. Acceptance of Terms
14.1. By making a payment on the request, the Client confirms their agreement with these rules.
14.2. Any disagreement with the rules must be stated before the funds are transferred.
15. If your company is not eligible for exchange, your transaction will be denied.
